I am Sunil GR, the founder of Gr8 Appers, a platform dedicated to empowering students and professionals through skill assessment and career guidance. My educational journey began at the prestigious Sainik School, Korukonda, followed by a Bachelor’s degree from NIT Warangal. With a deep interest in human behavior and learning patterns, I pursued a Master’s in Psychology, which laid the foundation for my passion in career counseling and mentoring.

Professionally, I bring over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, where I served as a Project Manager handling large-scale national and corporate initiatives. Notably, I led major components of the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) project under the Ministry of Commerce, and the JioMart 3M Model under the Reliance Group.

I am currently pursuing a course in Quantum Computing from IISc Bengaluru, driven by my continuous thirst for knowledge and innovation. I founded Gr8 Appers to bridge the critical gap in career awareness among students, particularly in India. With a unique blend of psychology, technology, and real-world experience, I aim to help young minds discover their true potential and make confident, informed career choices that align with their strengths and aspirations.
